The PSA (prostate-specific antigen) test is a simple blood test that measures a protein made by the prostate. It is one piece of information your doctor uses when thinking about prostate cancer screening. Our partner kit lets eligible men get the test done at home, no clinic visit required.

Who should consider a PSA test?
Most men should start the conversation around age 45, and earlier (around 40) if you have a father, brother, or son with prostate cancer or other risk factors. Talk with a healthcare provider about what's right for you.
Is the PSA kit really free?
Yes — eligible men can order the at-home PSA kit at no cost through our partner. Eligibility details are on the order page.
What if I don't have a doctor?
Our resources list includes community health centers and clinics that take new patients. Reach out and we'll help you find a starting point.
What does a "high" PSA mean?
A higher PSA can have many causes — not all of them are cancer. A provider will help you understand the next step, which may be a repeat test or a referral.
